The General Real Estate Authority is participating as a legislative sponsor at Cityscape Global 2025, which starts today, November 17 and runs until November 20 at the Riyadh Exhibition and Convention Center in Malham, under the theme “The Future of Urban Living.”

Cityscape Global 2025 is witnessing a wide participation of government entities, developers, investors and experts from around the world.

The participation of DEWA in Cityscape Global 2025 comes with the participation of a number of government entities, developers, investors and experts from around the world. The Authority's participation in the exhibition comes as part of its pivotal role in developing the regulatory environment for the Saudi real estate sector and enhancing its investment attractiveness, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

In this context, the official spokesperson of the Authority, Tayseer bin Mohammed Al-Mufaraj, stated that the Authority aims through its participation to highlight the significant developments in real estate legislation and regulations that have contributed to improving the real estate investment environment in the Kingdom.

Mufaraj added. He added that the exhibition represents a global platform to review the achievements made over the past years in the Saudi real estate sector, and provides the Authority with the opportunity to build new partnerships with international experts and real estate developers from more than 100 countries.

Mufaraj added. <The Authority is participating in the exhibition through its main pavilion, which highlights the system of modern real estate legislations and regulations such as the “Real Estate Brokerage System”, “Real Estate Contributions System”, in addition to the programs organized by the Authority such as: “Ejar Program”, “Real Estate Units Sorting Program”, “Malaak Program” and others, as well as regulatory developments that have raised the level of transparency and investment attractiveness in the Saudi real estate market.

The Authority is also launching its main pavilion at the exhibition. The Authority is also launching the ”Saudi Real Estate” umbrella through its own pavilion, which provides a detailed explanation of the updated system for non-Saudi property ownership, which will come into effect next January.

The system aims to enhance the ownership of real estate by non-Saudis. The system aims to enhance the investment attractiveness of the Kingdom and is an important step in supporting economic growth and increasing the global presence in the Saudi real estate market.

This year's Cityscape is expected to witness the participation of more than 450 exhibitors and 500 international speakers, with a series of specialized sessions and interactive platforms that review the most prominent developments in the fields of real estate development, smart cities and modern technologies.
