Minister of Justice Dr. Walid Al-Samaani announced that coordination is underway with the General Real Estate Authority to transfer the supervision of the real estate exchange from the Ministry of Justice to the Authority, which is administratively affiliated with the Council of Ministers, as one of the measures being implemented in order to facilitate the steps of property transfer.

During press statements by the Minister of Justice during the government press conference, Al-Samaani stressed that the ministry has worked hard over the past years and is still continuing its work to document and digitize all real estate documents, which benefits the Saudi real estate sector.

The Minister of Justice revealed that about 200 million real estate documents have been documented through the digitization initiative, in addition to conducting about 350,000 operations through real estate exchange, which returned millions of riyals, stressing that the process of transferring the real estate exchange will take place in an easy and easy way, and their goal will be that the beneficiary will not be affected in any way, and the ministries of justice, municipalities, housing and the General Authority for Real Estate will cooperate to complete the transfer steps together.

Samaani stressed that the ministry has worked hard in the past years and continues its work to document and digitize all real estate documents, which benefits the Saudi real estate sector.
