<During its session held on Monday at Al Yamam Palace in Riyadh under the chairmanship of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, the Cabinet approved granting the Council of Chambers of Commerce the authority to form the Board of Directors of the Saudi Center for Commercial Arbitration, in coordination with the Permanent Committee instead of the Ministry of Justice and the Ministry of Commerce and Industry. In the same session, the Council approved the transfer of the headquarters of the Permanent Committee for Saudi Arbitration Centers at the Council of Chambers of Commerce and Industry instead of the Ministry of Justice. In another direction, the Cabinet approved the founding agreement of the Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank, signed in Beijing on 12/9/1436 AH.
