The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority “Zatca” has invited business sector establishments subject to VAT whose annual supplies of goods and services exceed (40) million riyals to submit their tax returns for last November, no later than December 31, 2025.
ZATCA urged enterprises to submit their tax returns via the website (zatca.gov.sa), or submit and pay via ZATCA's mobile application to avoid the penalty for late submission of the return within the specified period, which is (5%) as a minimum and (25%) as a maximum of the tax value that the taxpayer had to declare.
