<The Public Authority for Real Estate announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of 54,052 real estate plots in Riyadh, Makkah, and the Eastern Province will expire by the end of Thursday, Rajab 12, 1447 AH, corresponding to January 1, 2026 AD. <The Commission stated that Real Estate Registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Al Kharj Governorate: (Al Reef, Al Safi, part of Al Sahba, private areas, Al Rehab, Al Naseem, Al Nafl, Al Taawun, Al Nada, Al Rimal, Al Manar, Al Thulima, Al Qayrawan, and parts of Al Waha neighborhood), and registration will end in the following neighborhoods in Al Dilm Governorate: (part of the Al Azraa neighborhood and Aqqa area): (part of the Al-Adra neighborhood and an adjacent real estate area, Scheme 1149 and an adjacent real estate area), in addition to (part of Scheme 1160) in Al-Mujamah governorate, and (part of Um Aniq neighborhood and an adjacent real estate area) in Houta Sudair.

<Registration also ends in the following neighborhoods in Makkah: (parts of the Khalidiya neighborhood, part of the Rusayfah neighborhood, part of the Salama neighborhood, the Aqaba neighborhood, part of the Hamra neighborhood, part of the Badr neighborhood, part of the Asila neighborhood, part of the Maqam neighborhood, part of the Batha Quraish neighborhood, part of the Nuzha neighborhood, the Shuhada neighborhood, the Zahir neighborhood, part of the Dhiyafa neighborhood, part of the Hatim neighborhood, part of the Maad neighborhood, part of the southern Jarham neighborhood, parts of the Masfala neighborhood, parts of the Taqwa neighborhood, the Muhammadiyah neighborhood, part of the Al Bidayah neighborhood, part of the Rawabi neighborhood, the Marsalat neighborhood, part of the University neighborhood, part of Sanabil neighborhood, part of the Sanabel neighborhood, part of the Sanabel neighborhood, part of the Al Azziya neighborhood, part of the parts of Al Aziziyah, parts of Al Adl, parts of Al Khansa, parts of Al Ma'abda, parts of Al Rawda, parts of Al Andalus, parts of Ri'a Azakhar, Abdullah Ali Ahmed Al Haij land division plan, Gate No. 11 plan, Jewel of Asilah plan, Al Mutlaq and Al Jafri land division plan (Hajj Street), Al Bugri plan, Mecca Summit plan, Ri'a Bakhsh 2 extension plan), as well as (Al Hajili plan in Asfan) in Al Jamoum Governorate, and the registration of the following neighborhoods in Al Khafji Governorate is also ending: (Al-Shati, Al-Nuzha, Al-Faiha, Al-Rayyan, Al-Durra, Government Circles, Al-Rawda, Al-Amal, King Fahd, Al-Nahda, Al-Khalidiya, Al-Andalus Al-Sharqiya, and Al-Rayyan neighborhood in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate.

The Authority called on owners of properties located within the scope of the neighborhoods to quickly register their properties through the Land Registry platform (www.rer.sa) before the end of the registration period to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes that occur to the property.

The Land Registry will issue a "property number" and a title deed for each real estate unit that is registered. The new title deed includes the exact geographical location of the property, its owner data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it; to be the basis for documenting ownership and the real estate rights resulting from it, which contributes to the sustainability and enhancement of the real estate sector and its main enablers.

The CRA stressed that the registration of real estate through the Land Registry platform (_COPY) before the registration period expires, in order to benefit from the services of implementing real estate transactions and documenting all changes to the property. The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties contained in the Real Estate Registration System, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the expiration of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.

It is noteworthy that the National Company for Real Estate Registration Services (Real Estate Registry) is tasked with implementing the establishment and management of the real estate registry in the Kingdom using modern technologies and geospatial data through an integrated digital platform that contributes to enhancing transparency and confidence in real estate services and data.
