On behalf of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Advisor to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and Governor of Makkah Region, His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Mishaal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region, handed over the documents of ownership of the 643 housing units to beneficiaries from eligible families in different governorates of the region, as part of the generous donation of one billion riyals of his own expense by HRH Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince and Premier of the Council of Ministers. In accordance with the directive of His Highness the Crown Prince to complete these quality housing projects with national companies within a record period not exceeding (12) months, and to achieve this, Sakan Foundation worked to select housing units in the Makkah region that meet the highest technical specifications and quality of life standards, and reflect the aspirations of His Highness to provide a safe and sustainable housing environment for deserving families.
The Deputy Emir of Makkah, Mr. Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, presented the Deputy Emir of Makkah with a plaque and a certificate of appreciation for the generous donation. For his part, the Deputy Emir of Makkah, on behalf of Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and on behalf of the beneficiaries, extended sincere thanks and gratitude to His Highness the Crown Prince for this unsurprising generosity, stressing that the support of the wise leadership - may God bless them - consolidates the values of giving, and emphasizes that the welfare of the citizen and his housing stability are at the top of the priorities.
His Excellency the Minister of Municipalities and Housing, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Sakan, Majid bin Abdullah Al-Haqeel also extended his thanks and gratitude to Prince Khalid bin Faisal bin Abdulaziz and Prince Saud bin Meshal bin Abdulaziz for their support and empowerment to achieve the aspirations of His Highness the Crown Prince in completing all stages of the project in the region in record time.
In turn, Sakan Foundation continues to deliver successive batches of housing units in all regions of the Kingdom as part of the donation of His Highness the Crown Prince, taking into account the needs of beneficiaries and the quality of implementation, to meet the objectives of the phase in enhancing the quality of life and providing sustainable housing solutions.
For its part, Sakan Foundation through the Joud Housing Initiative continues to deliver successive batches of housing units in all regions of the Kingdom as part of the donation of His Highness the Crown Prince.
