The Real Estate Contributions Committee at the Ministry of Commerce and Industry has put the land of Bakiriyah, estimated at 87,105.82 square meters, up for direct sale, and has set tomorrow as the deadline for receiving offers, according to the following conditions:

• Submitting an offer for purchase addressed to the Secretary General of the Committee with a validity period of not less than thirty days, indicating the price per square meter and the total value.
• Enclose the original check for 5% of the total value in the name of the Real Estate Contributions Committee.
