Tabuk Municipality, represented by the Licensing and Compliance Agency, carried out more than (19778) visits to buildings during the last two months of 2025, during which the compliance rate of requirements increased to (92%).<The Municipality explained that the field tours, which come within the framework of the “Trespass What Trespasses” campaign, and within its efforts to improve the urban landscape and raise the level of compliance with municipal regulations, resulted in the seizure of (165) violations for building in violation of licensed plans, in addition to violations related to dumping or not removing demolition and construction waste.As part of its efforts to improve the urban landscape and raise the level of compliance with municipal regulations, 165 building violations were seized, in addition to violations related to the dumping or failure to remove demolition and construction waste."

The Tabuk Municipality invited everyone to report any observations or violations related to buildings through the 940 reporting phone or through my application, in order to enhance community participation in improving the quality of life.
