During his opening speech, Dr. Zuhair Mohammed Al-Sarraj, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Association for Asset, Facility and Maintenance Management (SAFMMA), stressed that the 23rd edition of the conference comes as an extension of its more than two decades-long journey in supporting professional and operational excellence and promoting the concepts of sustainability, noting that the conference has become a leading platform for exchanging experiences and reviewing best practices and global standards in asset, facility and maintenance management.
Al-Sarraj Al-Sarraj said that the conference in its current edition puts artificial intelligence and digital twinning at the center of modern strategies, stressing that they are no longer secondary options, but basic pillars to raise the efficiency of readiness and ensure the sustainability of national assets to meet the requirements of the future.
