NHC NHC has announced its bids for the Turf project in Khuzam, north of Riyadh, as part of its ongoing efforts to develop integrated urban destinations that enhance the quality of life.

Khuzam Destination

<Khuzam is one of the largest urban destinations being developed by NHC in the north of Riyadh, in a prime location close to a number of landmarks, including King Khalid International Airport, Riyadh Expo 2030, King Abdulaziz Park, and King Salman Stadium. The destination comes on a total area of more than 45 million square meters, providing more than 52,000 residential units, accommodating more than 281,000 people.

With a total area of more than 45 million square meters, the destination will provide 52,000 housing units for a total of (121,000) residents.
