The Royal Commission for Makkah and Holy Sites has launched the «Developed Neighborhoods» program, a move that aims to rehabilitate neighborhoods that arose in an unplanned manner by developing infrastructure and reorganizing urban blocks, contributing to raising the quality of life and improving the experience of residents and visitors.

As part of facilitating communication with owners, the Authority launched an online platform called «Mam», which allows property owners in targeted locations to easily register their requests, check the status of their properties through an interactive map, as well as submit compensation requests or inquiries directly electronically.
