Application period has ended
After the application period ends, the Authority will begin the eligibility verification phase for applicants through electronic linking and coordination with relevant authorities to verify the accuracy of data and information and the extent to which applications meet the approved eligibility criteria and regulations. The eligibility results will be announced via the Real Estate Balance Platform on September 30, 2026.
The eligibility requirements include that the applicant be a Saudi citizen, married or aged 25 years or older, have not previously owned property, and have resided in Riyadh for at least three years.
The deadline for appealing eligibility results is October 1, 2026.
The door for objecting to the eligibility results will be opened starting from October 1, 2026, in accordance with the procedures and controls approved for the program, in preparation for completing its subsequent stages, which include conducting the electronic lottery for those eligible, and then completing the off-plan sales procedures in accordance with the approved controls.
The Real Estate Balance Program in Riyadh comes in implementation of the directives of His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister - may God protect him - to achieve balance in the real estate sector, by increasing the supply of planned residential land, and providing between 10,000 and 40,000 plots of land annually at prices not exceeding 1,500 riyals per square meter, which contributes to reducing the gap between supply and demand, enhancing ownership opportunities, and supporting the stability of the real estate market and sustainable urban development in Riyadh.
The authority stressed that priority of entitlement is not related to the order of application, and that registration on the platform does not mean final acceptance, indicating that all applications are subject to verification of compliance with the approved eligibility conditions and controls.
The Authority called on applicants to follow up on the status of their applications and the dates of the program stages through the Real Estate Balance Platform and the Authority’s official channels, stressing the readiness of the unified call center 19998, the beneficiary care channels, and the beneficiaries center to answer inquiries related to the program stages.
Eligibility results for second-year applications of the Real Estate Balance Program in Riyadh will be announced on September 30.
The Royal Commission for Riyadh City will begin verifying applications after the application deadline, and will allow objections starting from October 1.
