Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition “Restatex 15” which will be held on April 29 at the Riyadh International Convention and Exhibition Center will be different from previous years, due to the participation of the Ministry of Housing in the exhibition to present its housing projects in all regions of the Kingdom to visitors.
The Ministry of Housing will present a comprehensive presentation of the features and components of the national strategic plan for housing, in addition to a direct dialog with the minister about this strategy.
Observers are awaiting the results of the partnership between the Ministry of Housing and real estate developers through several options that the private sector will present in a special session at the forum with the leaders and officials of the Ministry, where it is expected to produce positive results that facilitate the ownership of homes by citizens, with easy facilities, with the support of the Ministry.
The patronage of Dr. Shuwaish bin Saud Al-Duwaihi, Minister of Housing, at the launch of the Riyadh Real Estate and Urban Development Exhibition confirms the Ministry's interest in housing projects for citizens.
For his part, Hussein Al-Faraj, CEO of the exhibition and forum, stressed that the Minister of Housing provides his full support for this forum and its content and is keen to come out with the best results and answer various questions and inquiries about the housing sector in the Kingdom, the Ministry's programs and projects and its current and future relationship with the private sector and provide the best means of partnership with it to overcome the large demand for housing.
Al-Faraj said that there is also an important main session in the forum on the efforts and programs of the Real Estate Development Fund to finance and facilitate the purchase and construction of housing for citizens through the Fund's partnership and agreements with institutions, banks and private sector companies from developers and financiers and these important dialogues and discussions come within our organizational preparations for the success of this largest annual real estate and urban event in Saudi Arabia.
According to the organizers of the exhibition, all the halls of the center have been reserved for the exhibition to accommodate the high demand for participation in its activities from local and foreign real estate companies, in addition to financing institutions, companies and banks that will display their products during its activities.
