أملاك – خاص : بلغة الأرقام والمعلومات الدقيقة، كشف وزير الإسكان ماجد الحقيل عن خدمة 600 ألف أسرة خلال العامين 2019 و2020، معدداً أهم الإنجازات التي تمت في العام المنصرم، واستعرض مستهدفات العام الجديد، وأوضح الحقيل أن الوزارة مستمرة في تحقيق هدفها الاستراتيجي بتسهيل تملك الأسرة لمسكنها الأول؛ حيث تشير إحصائيات الوزارة إلى أن هنالك 106 ألف أسرة سكنت فعلياً في مسكنها في 2019 بينما نطمح في أن يرتفع العدد إلى ما بين 130 إلى 140 ألف أسرة في 2020. وأوضح الحقيل أن عدد الأسر المستفيدة من دعم قروضها العقارية ارتفع من 20 ألف أسرة في المتوسط إلى 165 ألف أسرة مما يدل على وجود عرض مناسب من الوحدات السكنية يلاءم القوة الشرائية، وأبان الحقيل أن 90 ألف قطعة أرض تم تسليمها للمستفيدين، علاوة على تسليم 285 جمعية خيرية حوالي 14 ألف وحدة سكنية.

وأضاف أن الوزارة تركز على تحفيز العرض في سوق الإسكان، مشيراً إلى أن هناك 350 ألف إلى 400 ألف وحدة سكنية تدخل السوق سنوياً بعضها للتملك والآخر للإيجار. وأبان أن هناك 3 عناصر تضمن كفاءة العرض والطلب تتضمن سرعة الحصول على التراخيص ومرونة التنظيمات، إضافةً إلى وجود قدرات التطوير والحصول على التمويل.
