The Ministry of Housing has completed the development of the site for the “Land and Loan” program in the city of Riyadh, connecting all services and allocating public facilities within its project located north of the capital, and this step comes after the ministry informed the beneficiaries who have been allocated land in this project, confirming that delivery will start from today.

Land and Loan is one of the four housing support products announced by the ministry, which includes (land and loan, housing unit, loan, and developed land). And the first project at the level of the Kingdom that the Ministry begins to enable the beneficiaries within the program.

<The project includes a main power plant, in addition to two drinking water pumping tanks with a capacity of 24,400 cubic meters and 31,800 cubic meters, an irrigation tank with a capacity of 7425 cubic meters and a sewage treatment plant. The project also includes a road network of 42.5 kilometers, as well as an integrated lighting network, and the ministry has allocated sites for parks and public services.
