<The General Authority for Real Estate has seized 4363 violating real estate advertisements since the issuance of the real estate advertising controls, 1281 of which were treated, and applied the statutory procedures in the other violations.
The number of real estate disputes considered in the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration reached 71 real estate disputes, and the number of registrants in the Aqari service reached 14881 beneficiaries and 1544 real estate establishments, while the authorization service recorded 3229 authorizations, within Aqari services that provide registration services, issuing licenses, and authorizations for real estate electronic facilities and platforms and individuals wishing to practice real estate activities, register real estate advertisers, file complaints, and follow up electronically.
It is noteworthy that the Authority licensed 6 electronic real estate platforms, and completed 9497 requests for the service of a real estate advertiser, of which 1844 facilities registered in Aqari, while the largest share was for individuals with 7953 requests, and the total number of real estate facilities classified by the General Real Estate Authority reached 1196 real estate facilities, while the Partners Service Center received 638 real estate reports.
These regulations come within the role of the General Real Estate Authority in organizing, supervising and developing the non-governmental real estate sector, to enhance the governance of the sector, raise the efficiency of its performance, maintain its sustainability, serve partners, and raise the level of transparency of the sector in implementation of the comprehensive strategic plan for the real estate sector.
