The General Authority for Real Estate revealed that the number of licensed electronic real estate platforms is 7, where it registered 23,558 beneficiaries in real estate service, 2552 real estate establishments were registered, while the Authority issued 5494 electronic authorizations, and the Authority registered 13,590 real estate advertisers, including 2161 establishments and 11,429 individuals.
The Authority indicated that the total number of real estate establishments classified by the Authority reached 1384 real estate establishments, the number of real estate disputes considered in the Saudi Center for Real Estate Arbitration reached 87 real estate disputes, and the Authority received 1007 real estate communications, within Aqari services, which provides registration services, issuing licenses and authorizations for real estate electronic platforms and individuals wishing to engage in real estate activities, register real estate advertisers, submit communications, and follow them electronically.
The Authority registered 13,590 real estate advertisers, including 2161 establishments, and 11,590 individuals.
In addition, the General Real Estate Authority seized 7421 illegal real estate advertisements, addressed 5726 of them, and applied the legal procedures against the other violations, for violating the real estate advertising regulations.
The Authority had previously announced the controls of real estate advertisements that the advertiser must be a Saudi national, or a legal entity licensed to practice the activity in the Kingdom, and that the advertiser must be the owner of the property or authorized, with the addition of the numbers of the advertiser and authorization issued by the Authority in real estate advertisements, and the Authority confirms its follow-up to implement regulations, decisions and controls.
The Authority has previously announced the controls of real estate advertisements.
These regulations by the General Real Estate Authority come within its role in regulating, supervising and developing the non-governmental real estate sector, to enhance the governance of the sector, raise the efficiency of its performance, maintain its sustainability, serve partners, and raise the level of transparency of the real estate sector.
