<The Ministry of Justice revealed that the number of real estate emptying transactions increased to 44 thousand real estate transactions worth 5.2 billion riyals, during the past year 2021, stressing the importance of verifying the payment of real estate transaction tax electronically for the success of the emptying process automatically.According to a guide issued by the ministry on the electronic real estate emptying service, the ministry stipulated five conditions for the seller wishing to empty the real estate electronically, including being the sole owner of the deed, being at least 18 years old, being a Saudi national, having an active account in one of the banks covered by the service, in addition to having an active account in the Absher system.
