White Land Program, revealed the near completion of the legal and necessary procedures to start applying the first phase in the cities of Qassim and Hail, according to the results of the demographic and economic studies conducted by the program in cooperation with the relevant authorities. This is part of the efforts and targets to increase the real estate supply of developed lands in the most demanded cities, in order to achieve a balance between supply and demand, provide residential lands at appropriate prices and combat monopoly.

He stressed that he works according to international standards in real estate studies and their impact ratios in the targeted cities, to monitor all lands subject to fees, complete geospatial data, evaluate them and impose fees on them according to the mechanisms followed and approved during the study of the urban area.
