The “Residential” program announced today the release of 2670 free land plots for beneficiaries within the residential schemes that were previously offered through the portal, calling on beneficiaries wishing to choose the option to obtain free land to visit the website and choose the appropriate scheme and land for booking, as part of its efforts to develop electronic solutions that facilitate the journey of citizens to find the appropriate housing.

<The program revealed that the offered lands are located in 13 residential schemes, distributed in 4 regions, namely: (Riyadh, Eastern Province, Makkah, and Hail), where the Riyadh region included 6 schemes, including 3 in Dawadmi Governorate, providing a total of 626 lands, one scheme in Al-Quwaiyah with 281 lands, one scheme in Afif providing 112 lands, in addition to a scheme in Thadeq providing 53 lands. The Eastern Province included 5 schemes, including 3 in the village of Olaya with a total of 733 lands, 2 schemes in Hafar Al-Batin providing a total of 550 lands, and the Hail region embraced one scheme located in Baqaa Governorate providing 49 lands, while the Makkah region - Taif Governorate specifically - had one scheme providing 266 lands.
”Sakani“ explained that infrastructure works are underway in the plans, adding that beneficiaries can visit the electronic portal of the ”Sakani“ website, then choose ”housing solutions" and then click on the option of free residential lands, and choose the appropriate plan for them, indicating that it will continue to provide all facilities for citizens from different categories of society to enable them to obtain the appropriate housing that meets their desires, thus raising the percentage of residential ownership and reaching 70% by 2030 according to the objectives of the housing program, one of the programs to achieve the Kingdom's vision 2030.

It is noteworthy that the "Residential" program provides beneficiaries with several housing and financing options, including ready-made housing units within the ministry's projects, as well as units under construction in partnership with qualified real estate developers, in addition to the option of buying ready-made housing units from the market, self-construction for those who own land, or financing the existing mortgage loan through subsidized mortgage loans in partnership with banks and financial institutions, in addition to the option of free land delivered to beneficiaries in various regions of the Kingdom.
