Dar Al-Qiyas Auction Company announced its organization of a number of in-person and electronic auctions in both Riyadh and Taif, where it has completed its preparations to receive businessmen and interested parties in the qualitative Taif Oasis Auction, in which a number of distinctive properties in Taif Governorate are offered, at 4 pm on Tuesday 27/12/1443 AH corresponding to 26/07/2022 AD at the Intercontinental Hotel.

The company explained that the auction, which is supervised by the attribution and liquidation center, contains 14 properties that vary between residential and commercial, with different areas and locations suitable for many income-generating investments, especially since the properties offered are located within populated neighborhoods, close to important government departments, and services needed by citizens and businessmen.

Measuring House has set a number of conditions for entering the auction, including: Submitting a certified check in the name of the attribution and liquidation center for the value of the check specified for each property, the presence of the buyer or his agent to the auction hall, and indicated that the sale and emptying in accordance with the rules of the attribution and liquidation center.

The company revealed the details of the investment basis auction, which is organized in person on Monday 1/8/2022 at 4 pm at Al-Farida Hall on Al-Thumama Road in Riyadh, and contains a modern warehouse plan and industrial lands in Al-Sali district in Riyadh, while the electronic auction begins on the same day on the “Saudi Auctions” platform and continues until Wednesday 3/8/2022 from 4-6 pm, and contains commercial shops in Hijab market in Al-Naseem district and residential and commercial lands and a villa in Al-Rabwa district.
