Minister of Justice Walid bin Mohammed Al-Samaani issued a circular on the registration of Rental contracts concluded outside the Ejar network; in which he clarified the conditions and requirements for their documentation, stressing that contracts concluded outside the network do not produce their judicial effects, and the circular, of which Amlak obtained a copy, indicated the importance of taking into account the cases related to these contracts and concluded after the date of the circular.

Conditions for registering the contract inside the network

1- The contract must be registered within the Ejar network.

2- Both parties to the contract (landlord and tenant) agree to the model contract through the available means.

Cases of contract registration in the network:

Case 1:

A contract concluded outside the network between a landlord and a tenant, all of whom agree to register the contract in the network in the standardized contract format.

A contract concluded outside the network between a landlord and a tenant, all of whom agree to register the contract in the network, but according to a formula different from the standardized formula, it is documented in the Ejar network.
