The White Land Fees Program began implementing the second phase of fees in Riyadh last December, following the completion of all necessary regulatory procedures. According to the results of demographic and economic studies conducted by the program in collaboration with relevant authorities, this initiative is part of the program’s efforts to increase the real estate supply of developed land in Riyadh, thereby achieving a balance between supply and demand and providing residential land at affordable prices.
It is worth noting that the program previously announced that it had registered more than 16 million m² of developed vacant land that meets the criteria for the second phase of fees in 21 residential neighborhoods in Riyadh, which are the largest in terms of land area, representing more than 63% of the total registered area of 25 million square meters following the issuance of invoices for the first cycle of Phase 2 on August 15 for land in 100 neighborhoods in Riyadh.
