The Residential Program issued through its online application 16.044 thousand electronic contract for free residential land for families benefiting from the program since the beginning of 2022 until the end of last August, in preparation for the start of construction work from the beneficiaries, and this issue comes within the housing options and various financing solutions provided by the program to facilitate the ownership of the first home, with the aim of raising the ownership rate of Saudi families to 70% by 2030 in line with the targets of the housing program, one of the programs of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

Sakani explained in a statement that the land contracts included 3914 lands in the Makkah region, 3577 lands in the Riyadh region, 2535 lands in the Eastern Province, 1218 lands in the Qassim region, 1192 lands in the Najran region, 964 lands in the Jizan region, and 864 lands in the Jazan, 864 in Asir, 727 in Hail, 497 in Medina, 153 in Northern Borders, 195 in Al Baha, 112 in Al Jawf, and 96 in Tabuk.
