Riyadh Economic Forum discusses the Kingdom's economic and investment ecosystem

The committees of the Riyadh Economic Forum discussed "The development of the judicial system, elements of strength, areas of development and stimulation, and its impact on the national economy", .space"> in preparation for the seventh session of the Forum, which will be held from December 8 to 11, 2015, under the patronage of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and will be attended by a prominent group of economic experts, government officials, and businessmen and women.

According to Dr. Khalid Al-Rajhi, member of the Board of Trustees of the Forum, the discussion about the economic system seeks to diagnose the reality of the judicial system and the judicial environment in the Kingdom and reach recommendations and applicable initiatives aimed at developing the system and closing the gaps that could negatively affect the course of justice, and the consequent negative effects on the national economy and the attractiveness of the investment environment in the Kingdom.

A member of the economic system, Mr. Bakr Al-Huboub, explained that the study will look at the outcome of international studies and experiences and the extent of their use in the Saudi reality, and the scientific team of the study attracts local and international judicial and economic specialists in all axes covered by the study, and with regard to the link between the judicial environment and its impact on the economic and investment movement, the study confirmed that the sound legislative environment shapes the business environment framework

It is noteworthy that the Forum adopts in its seventh session four main studies, including: Assessing the ability of the Saudi economy to create decent and sustainable job opportunities for citizens, the economics of alternative and renewable energy in the Kingdom - challenges and future prospects, the development of the judicial system, the elements of strength, areas of development and stimulation and its impact on the national economy, and the development of the information technology sector as an engine and catalyst for development and transformation into a knowledge economy."

The Forum adopts four main studies.
