Riyadh Municipality, in cooperation with the General Authority for Endowments, has launched the service of issuing a "Waqf Building License", in the type of Waqf of the General Authority for Endowments and private endowments, through its services on the electronic portal, which contributes to facilitating procedures for beneficiaries, and reducing the time and effort for service seekers.

The Municipality said that the steps to implement the service of issuing a building license for the endowment of the General Authority of Endowments and the civil endowment through its services on the e-portal. She explained that the steps to implement the service for the Public Authority for Endowments include accessing the e-services portal, selecting construction licenses, then requesting a contract with an engineering office, selecting the contract as an endowment caretaker, then entering the data (endowment document - endowment deed - engineering office), approving the contract, then entering the data of the survey and construction components, issuing an endowment construction license and printing it, while issuing and paying the fee invoice is added to these steps in the case of issuing a civil endowment.
