Saudi Arabia will host the 42ndFiabci Global Leadership Summit in December this year in Riyadh.

The summit will focus mainly on topics dealing with the experience of the Saudi real estate sector in light of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and the successes achieved by the sector to date in furthering the objectives of the vision.
The summit will feature a number of sessions, workshops, meetings and lectures that address the challenges in the real estate industry as well as available investment opportunities, the role of leaders in creating entrepreneurial ideas by discussing global best practices and how they can be applied in the region, and visiting major mega projects.
The summit will also include a visit to the most prominent megaprojects.
The Kingdom's win to host this global summit comes in light of the World Real Estate Federation meeting in Cannes, France on March 15, 2023 with the participation of Eye of Riyadh, the media partner of the international real estate event MIPIM from March 14 to 17.
The World Summit will host leaders, developers, investors, members of the World Real Estate Federation and international speakers from more than 110 countries speaking 55 languages to reveal their experiences by presenting efforts made in developing the real estate system, as well as developing the potential of this industry in a number of global markets, and reviewing and exchanging local and international experiences and practices in order to achieve the desired goals in the development of the real estate sector.
