The General Authority for State Property through the “Intifaa” platform, offered an investment opportunity to real estate owners in the Riyadh region to provide a suitable property for the Ministry of Investment, in application of the procedures contained in the State Real Estate Leasing Law, Article 8, which stipulates that the General Authority for State Property shall announce through its digital portal “Intifaa” the desire to lease a property for the benefit of government agencies.

The State Real Estate Authority explained that the required area of the property ranges from 1000 m to 1500 m and is used for administrative offices, and the leasing opportunities can be viewed and applied for through the Intifaa platform.
