On the sidelines of the Future Projects Forum, the Saudi Contractors Authority launched during the forum Scavo platform, which helps contractors and interested parties to track and search for construction projects in the Kingdom and the Middle East.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Contractors Authority, Engineer Zakaria Al Abdulqader, appreciated the role of the wise leadership in supporting and empowering the contracting sector, the second largest non-oil sector in the Kingdom, in light of the economic developments witnessed by the Kingdom and in the midst of the ambitious Vision 2030 journey.
The Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Contractors Authority, Engineer Zakaria Al Abdulqader. <Mr. Al-Abdulqader said: «The tangible achievements in this year's edition of the forum and the estimated value of the projects put forward, one trillion riyals, as well as the diversity of projects, and bringing together the parties related to the sector in one place and time are the main objective of organizing such events that contribute to the development of the contracting sector as an executive arm for the success of the Kingdom's vision, and enhance the development and sustainability of the national economy.»
Engineer Al-Abdulkadir said that the forum is the second largest non-oil sector in the Kingdom. Al-Abdulqader explained that this year's edition of the forum witnessed a diverse international presence, as 25% of the total attendees were from outside the Kingdom, and the participating countries varied between the Russian Federation, the United States, some European countries and the GCC countries.
