Jazan Municipality has announced a long-term investment opportunity, with a long-term contract period of up to 25 years, through the municipal investment portal Forouz,

The Municipality explained that the opportunities are represented in the development, operation and maintenance of the heritage village with its supporting services, on an area of 141,238.68 square meters off the southern corniche of Jizan city.

The Municipality invited all investors and entrepreneurs wishing to compete to view the investment opportunity and the details of the competition through the municipal investment application «Opportunities» available in smart device stores, while setting the third of next July as the date for accepting bids and opening bids.
