The Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development (MHRSD) began implementing the Real Estate Activities and Professions into effect yesterday, after the end of the specified period, to provide new job opportunities for citizens in various regions of the Kingdom and increase their participation in the labor market in accordance with the objectives of «Vision 2030.»

The Decision to localize real estate activities and professions includes a 100% Saudization of work for those working in real estate brokerage and sustainable construction, in addition to real estate control professions.
The decision also includes localizing 70 percent of the total number of workers in public establishments in real estate activities in owned or leased properties, real estate activities based on fees or contracts, and other sub-activities, provided that the number of Saudis in the establishment is at least one Saudi employee.
