The Royal Commission for Riyadh City announced the launch of the Real Estate Balance platform to receive applications for citizens wishing to obtain residential lands within the capital, with applications continuing until the end of Thursday, October 23, 2025.

Conditions of eligibility

Real Estate Balance Platform is available for married citizens or individuals over the age of 25, provided that the applicant has no previous real estate ownership, and his/her residence in Riyadh city is not less than three years.

The Authority clarified that the application in Real Estate Balance Platform is available for married citizens or individuals who are over 25 years old. <The beneficiary is obliged not to sell, mortgage or dispose of the land within ten years, except for the mortgage to finance construction. If the land is not built within this period, the land will be repossessed and its value returned to the owner.

Application mechanism

<The Authority stressed that the "Real Estate Balance" platform is the only digital channel for submitting applications, warning against dealing with any intermediaries or third parties. It emphasized that the priority of registration does not mean the priority of eligibility, as acceptance is subject to a precise screening mechanism and specific criteria to ensure fairness and transparency.

Step to achieve real estate balance

The Authority indicated that the launch of this platform comes in implementation of the directives of Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman to achieve balance in the real estate sector in Riyadh, which contributes to enhancing ownership opportunities and supporting the stability of the real estate market, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
