After the decision issued by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry, which ruled that a member of the Chamber who has completed two sessions or part of them, whether by election or appointment, is not eligible to run again, which removed names that had a presence that extended over many years ago, and opened the way for a large number of those wishing to run to submit their applications amid optimism and increasing chances of winning membership in this four-year session (1437-1441 AH).
