<Prince Dr. Mansour bin Miteb bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Municipal and Rural Affairs, signed a decision to allocate a piece of land estimated at 600,000 square meters in Buraydah, Qassim, to the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones for the establishment of a women's industrial city.The decision included directing the Qassim Municipality to complete the legal procedures and address the notary to empty the land area that has been allocated for the establishment of a women's industrial city, and register it in the name of state property in favor of the Saudi Authority for Industrial Cities and Technology Zones, which will in turn conduct soil probes before requesting a license and starting construction, as well as conducting hydrological and engineering studies to maintain the paths of valleys and torrents passing near the site to ensure the protection of facilities in coordination with the concerned authorities. Hamad Al-Omar, spokesperson for the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and supervisor of the Public Relations and Media Department, said that the decision to allocate the necessary land to establish the industrial project in Buraydah comes as an extension of the ministry's efforts to provide all government agencies with the needs of land to establish development and service projects in the fields of housing, health, education, security, industry, social welfare and other fields to enhance the ability of these agencies to perform their tasks according to national development plans and programs.Hamad Al-Omar said.
