As part of the trend towards documenting real estate data within the Kingdom's cities, the General Authority for Real Estate announced the start of real estate registration work for about 5637 real estate pieces in 18 neighborhoods in the Riyadh region, explaining that the registration will be electronic for the announced neighborhoods, through the real estate registry platform.
According to the General Authority for Real Estate. <According to Real Estate Authority, the registration process for more than 5,000 real estate pieces distributed in 18 neighborhoods in Riyadh will start during the period from November 23, 2025 until the end of February 26, 2026, where a number of areas that fall within the real estate registration process have been announced, including: Uhud neighborhood, Al-Nasifa neighborhood, Al-Ruwama neighborhood, Al-Bada'i neighborhood, and Al-Qamash neighborhood, with the rest of the areas to be announced later.
The Real Estate Authority explained that real estate registration requires the presence of the title deed to complete the registration process through the electronic real estate registry platform, and registration is also available through service centers, warning against not registering properties in the announced areas within the specified period so that the property owner will not be subject to a financial fine.

After completing the electronic registration of the property, a property number and a title deed will be issued for the registered unit. The registration process aims to form a real estate database, which increases the level of confidence in the Saudi real estate market, which ensures the sustainability and attractiveness of the sector.
