The draft "Real Estate Marketing and Advertising Regulation" includes a number of rules for licensing real estate advertising. <The draft “Real Estate Marketing and Advertising Regulations” includes certain cases when proven, the authority has the right to cancel the real estate advertising license, namely: Ensuring that the information provided by the license applicant is not correct, in addition to the difference between the information provided and the real estate advertising information.
In order to ensure the accuracy of the information that reaches the citizen through real estate advertisements, the General Authority for Real Estate has set a number of conditions in the draft "Real Estate Marketing and Advertising Regulations" that must be met in the real estate advertisement, namely: Description of the property and its condition, services and rights associated with the property, the name of the advertiser, the advertisement license number, the expiration date of the advertisement, and excludes advertisements published on electronic real estate platforms from the application of these conditions.
