Jazan Chamber Jazan Chamber, in cooperation with Saudi Contractors Authority, organized a workshop entitled «The mechanism of qualifying contractors for quality projects in the Kingdom 2025», at the Chamber's theater in Jizan, in the presence of a number of contractors and project owners.

The workshop aimed to review the qualification requirements and mechanisms to benefit from supportive programs to raise the quality of quality projects, strengthen the partnership between the private sector and the concerned authorities in Jizan region, in addition to empowering the contracting sector and developing its capabilities in line with the strategic directions of the Kingdom and achieving sustainable development.

<The workshop included several themes, most notably: Introducing the Saudi Contractors Authority and its role, explaining the qualification program and its objectives, and reviewing the mechanism of the unified qualification program and registration steps.

<The workshop also addressed ways to enhance the readiness of contractors to support the rapid urban renaissance, and the importance of applying standardized model contracts to ensure the rights of the parties, minimize disputes, and adhere to professional standards. The workshop focused on the need for contractors to adhere to quality and safety standards as a key pillar to build a more efficient and sustainable implementation environment, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030.

The workshop also addressed ways to enhance the readiness of contractors to support the rapid urban renaissance.
