<The General Authority for Real Estate revealed the details of the real estate transaction closure service through the real estate brokerage platform, which allows real estate brokers to send a request to close the transaction to the other party to the contract (approved), in order to document the process of completing the transaction easily, quickly and in a reliable manner.
The real estate transaction closure service allows brokers to complete the procedures electronically according to a number of specific controls; namely the availability of a brokerage contract with an “active” or “expired” status, provided that the contract does not exceed 60 days, with the attachment of the ownership or service document, if the contract contains more than one ownership or service document, as well as the attachment of supporting documents to prove the completion of the transaction, such as a new ownership document, an auction request document, etc.
The Public Authority for Real Estate provides this service as part of the Authority's efforts to enhance transparency and raise the efficiency of documentation processes in the real estate sector, and support the digital transformation of transactions in order to achieve greater ease for brokers and beneficiaries.
