The General Authority for Real Estate revealed the rapid growth witnessed by the off-plan sales sector in the Kingdom during the month of November 2025. The Authority explained on its account on the (X) platform that the number of licensed real estate units reached 26 thousand real estate units available for sale on the map during the month, while the value of these licensed projects on the map exceeded 26 billion riyals, reflecting the great confidence in the "Wafi" system and the attractiveness of investing in real estate units under construction.
