<The Construction Cost Index in the Kingdom for November 2025 recorded a rise of (1.0%) compared to the same month last year, influenced by the rise of for the residential sector by (1.0%) and for the non-residential sector by (1.0%).Construction costs for the residential sector by (1.0%) and for the non-residential sector by (1.0%), according to the results announced by the General Authority for Statistics.

In the same context, the results of the Construction Cost Index on a monthly basis showed price stability for November 2025 compared to October 2025.

It is noteworthy that the publication of the results of the construction cost index comes within the ongoing efforts of the General Authority for Statistics to develop statistical products for vital sectors, provide a reliable and effective reference, and accurate estimates to support the decisions of contractors, real estate developers and related parties, and contribute to drawing a clear roadmap for residential and non-residential construction projects in the building and construction sector.
