The Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority Zakat, Tax and Customs Authority ZATCA has invited businesses subject to VAT whose annual supplies of goods and services exceed 40 million riyals to submit their tax returns for last December, while establishments whose annual supplies do not exceed 40 million riyals to submit their tax returns for the fourth quarter of 2025, no later than January 31, 2026.

Speed up filing to avoid late penalties

ZATCA urged organizations to submit their tax returns via the website, or submit and pay via ZATCA's mobile application, to avoid the late filing penalty of 5% as a minimum and 25% as a maximum of the tax value that the taxpayer should have declared.

Business taxpayers wishing to obtain more information on VAT are invited to contact the Authority through the unified call center number (19993), which operates 24 hours a day, seven days a week, the “Ask Zakat, Tax and Customs” account (@Zatca_Care) X, email ([email protected]), or live chat on the Authority's website (zatca.gov.sa).

Zatca's call center is open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, through the unified number (19993).
