Ministry of Housing approves Orchids Villas in King Abdullah Economic City as part of its housing projects

The Ministry of Housing approved the «Orchids Villas» project in King Abdullah Economic City, as part of the ministry's programs to organize housing support for citizens and its executive regulations, through an agreement signed between the two sides. The project, located on an area of 1,580,322 square meters, includes 2,580 housing units, of which 2,248 residential villas and townhouses will be allocated to housing subsidy beneficiaries.

The CEO of King Abdullah Economic City, Ahmed bin Ibrahim Langawi, explained that the signing of this agreement comes within the framework of the ongoing partnership and cooperation between the Ministry and the Economic City, through which the Ministry aims to provide affordable housing units for citizens who qualify for housing support according to the Housing Support Regulation and its executive regulations, through various programs it provides in cooperation and partnership with its affiliated or associated entities on the one hand and its private sector partners on the other hand.

The Orchids Villas project is one of the quality of life programs of the economic city in line with the Kingdom's Vision 2030, which includes providing various housing solutions suitable for all income levels, as it offers promising opportunities for citizens to build their dream homes or those wishing to invest in residential lands developed with the latest advanced infrastructure methods, noting that the project design takes into account the highest levels of living a distinctive and unique lifestyle in a modern high-end atmosphere surrounded by the highest levels of privacy, security and luxury at affordable prices.

Najawi described the project as "Orchids Villas".
