Real estate registry for 158 neighborhoods in Riyadh, Madinah and the Eastern Province ends next Thursday

Reading time: 2 MinutesThe General Authority for Real Estate announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of real estate for 158 neighborhoods, including 37 neighborhoods in Riyadh, 119 neighborhoods in the Eastern Province, including 79 neighborhoods in Dammam, 32 neighborhoods in Khobar Governorate, 8 neighborhoods in Qatif Governorate, and parts of neighborhoods in Madinah, will expire by the end of Thursday, February 27, 2025.

DEWA calls on property owners in 158 neighborhoods to register their properties through the Land Registry platform before February 27, 2025.
