The Municipality explained that the investment opportunities included the establishment of residential chalets in King Fahd Park on an area of (20,000) square meters, a residential commercial complex on an area of (15,150) square meters, and an integrated rehabilitation center for children with disabilities in Al-Rawda plan on an area of (9,754) square meters.<The opportunities also included the establishment, operation and maintenance of a periodic vehicle inspection site in Sahban on an area of (6400) square meters, model stalls and food stalls (100) in parks, gardens and streets, a hazardous waste disposal project at the General Secretariat landfill in Khabbash on an area of (22,500) square meters, and the operation and maintenance of renting toys and rides in the city of Khabbash on an area of (9754) square meters. Tanks and horseback riding in King Fahd and Prince Jalawi Parks on areas of (7380) square meters and (5559) square meters, the development, construction, operation and maintenance of the East Airport Plan Park (3), a sports club, a cable car project in Safa Park, a rural tourist resort, fuel stations and rental of advertising boards, and a tire sorting and recycling station in Sahban.She invited investors wishing to compete to view the opportunities and details of the competition through the “Opportunities” application, indicating the date for purchasing the brochure and submitting bids on March 9.
22 community partnership contracts in Jazan
<a href="https://www.jazan.Jazan Municipality and its associated municipalities signed 22 community partnership contracts last January, with a total value of SR 26,650,000, as part of its efforts to enhance community integration, support social impact initiatives, and raise the quality of life in the region.<The Secretary of Jazan Region, Engineer Yahya Al-Ghazwani, explained that the partnership contracts were distributed on a number of tracks, including the track of honoring the dead, the track of traffic safety, in addition to the track of joy, which contributes to improving the level of services, enhancing safety, and supporting humanitarian and community initiatives. The Honoring the Dead track aims to develop cemetery services and equipment, while the Traffic Safety track focuses on implementing awareness and improvement programs and initiatives that contribute to raising the level of road safety and reducing traffic accidents.He pointed out that the path of joy comes within the initiatives of improving the urban landscape, preparing facilities and public spaces, and implementing programs that contribute to enhancing the quality of life and spreading joy and delight among community members, which reflects positively on the residents and visitors of the region.
