<The Jazan Municipality has approved 75 private plans in a number of cities and governorates of the region, with a total area of more than (4,000,000) square meters, as part of its efforts to organize urban development and provide an integrated urban environment.

He emphasized that the approval of these plans comes as an extension of the Secretariat's development plans aimed at meeting the growing demand for land, supporting balanced urban growth, stimulating investment, and achieving sustainable urban development goals in the region in line with the Kingdom's vision 2030.
