<The Abha Chamber of Commerce will organize the “Abha Real Estate Investment Forum”, in partnership with the Ministry of Investment and the Asir Region Development Authority, under the slogan “Promising Real Estate Investment Future”, on Sunday, February 15, 2026, at the Ministry of Interior Employees Club in Abha.

The organization of the forum comes within the framework of efforts to enhance the investment movement in the real estate sector in the Asir region, and support the paths of sustainable urban development, in line with the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030, and contribute to raising the region's investment attractiveness, and investing its natural and economic components. The forum aims to create an interactive platform that brings together investors, real estate developers and decision-makers, discuss the qualitative investment opportunities in the Asir region, discuss the challenges facing the sector, and review possible solutions to enhance the efficiency of the real estate market.

The forum includes a number of dialogue sessions and specialized workshops, in which experts and specialists in real estate development participate to discuss the future of real estate investment in the region, market transformations, the most prominent legislative and regulatory possibilities, in addition to reviewing major real estate projects that contribute to achieving comprehensive development, in addition to expanding the horizons of investment partnerships, stimulating local and foreign capital, and supporting the objectives of the Asir Region Development Authority in making the region a leading investment and tourism destination at the level of the Kingdom.
