One of the most notable shifts this year is the expansion of developed housing projects near the Jamarat facility, primarily Rabia Kadana and Kadana Al-Khayf camps. These projects aim to increase the capacity and improve the quality of accommodation, based on advanced engineering solutions in shading, ventilation and facilitating field movement.

In the heart of the Mash'ar, the Jamarat facility stands as one of the largest engineering projects in the world for crowd management; this multi-storey bridge operates according to a precise routing system that accommodates hundreds of thousands of pilgrims per hour, supported by an integrated network of entrances, exits, ramps and escalators carefully designed to break up human masses and prevent overcrowding.

On the field level, the efforts of government sectors are integrated to implement comprehensive organizational plans around the clock to ensure smooth movement between the holy sites.
