66,000 trainees have been trained through specialized programs

the General Real Estate Authority that the number of trainees who completed training courses at the Real Estate Institute exceeded 66,000, comprising both male and female trainees who were qualified through specialized training programs and courses in the real estate sector, This was announced during a meeting today at the Authority’s headquarters between the acting CEO of the General Real Estate Authority, Engineer Abdullah bin Saud Al-Hammad, and the Undersecretary of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Planning of the Sultanate of Oman, Engineer Hamad bin Ali Al-Nazwani, and his accompanying delegation.

During the meeting, the Authority’s programs and initiatives regarding real estate registration and the regulation and supervision of non-governmental real estate activities were reviewed, and opportunities for cooperation in the real estate sector were discussed. During the tour, the Undersecretary and his accompanying delegation were briefed on the Partner Service Center and the performance indicators for the services provided. The Authority also gave a presentation on the Saudi Real Estate Arbitration Center, its work in mediation and arbitration of real estate cases, and its operational mechanisms.

During the visit, a presentation was given on the Authority’s services regarding real estate registration, real estate indicators, the Geospatial Real Estate Portal, the Real Estate Contributions Committee “Tasfiya,” the Committee for Correcting Real Estate Title Registration Errors (“Mulkiyah”), and real estate services, in addition to the classification of real estate brokerage firms and the "Mulaak" and “Farz” programs.

At the conclusion of the visit, Engineer Al-Nazwani praised the role of the General Real Estate Authority in regulating the real estate sector in the Kingdom and serving its beneficiaries, looking forward to further joint cooperation aimed at developing the housing and real estate sectors in both brotherly countries.
