The General Real Estate Authority (GRA) announced that the deadline for the first in-kind registration of 316 neighborhoods in Qassim, including (130) neighborhoods in Buraydah, (55) neighborhoods in Unayzah, (23) neighborhoods in Al Bukayriyah, (28) neighborhoods in Al Bidayah, (48) neighborhoods in Al Ras, (16) neighborhoods in Al Khobarah and Al Sahabin, and (16) neighborhoods in Riyadh Al Khobarah, will end on Thursday.

The GRA announced that the first in-kind registration of real estate for (316) neighborhoods in the Qassim region is coming to an end next Thursday. The Authority emphasized that failure to register properties within the period specified in the announcement decision exposes their owners to the financial penalties contained in the Real Estate Registration System, which is determined by a committee specialized in considering violations, and that requests for real estate registration continue in all declared areas even after the expiration of the registration period specified in the announcement decision.
