<Yesterday, the General Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises (Monshaat) organized Real Estate and Contracting Week, including a number of specialized workshops, dialogue and consultation sessions and meetings with development and skills experts and exhibitors; with the aim of expanding the business network in the real estate and contracting sectors, at the Enterprise Support Center in Jeddah.
Yesterday's program includes many exhibitors, including the Jeddah Municipality, the General Authority for Real Estate, a number of financing companies, banks, contracting and real estate development, in specialized working meetings and interactive sessions between beneficiaries and a number of experts.
The sessions addressed multiple themes, including: Excellence in the real estate customer experience, the life cycle of the real estate project, introducing the control and inspection mechanisms of the General Authority for Real Estate, introducing the system of selling and leasing real estate projects on the map, looking ahead to the future of the sector in light of major national projects, highlighting the role of partnership between the public and private sectors, and promising opportunities in the real estate development sector.
A number of entrepreneurs in the real estate and contracting sectors participated in qualitative sessions, during which they reviewed their entrepreneurial experiences, success stories, challenges they faced, and the most important lessons learned from their journey in developing projects, stressing the importance of innovation and digital transformation, and promoting the concepts of governance and sustainability to achieve growth and expansion in the real estate market.
"Real Estate and Contracting Week" is one of the qualitative initiatives of the Enterprise Support Centers, and embodies its orientation in supporting and empowering entrepreneurs, building an integrated business system that drives towards sustainability, and enhancing the contribution of the private sector to national development.
